We focus on two kinds of projects — whole-house remodels and ground-up construction — and we keep the two trades that make or break them, HVAC and electrical, in-house. No handyman punch lists, no rotating cast of subs. Here's what that looks like.
Whole-House Remodels
Down-to-the-studs renovations of the entire home: reworked layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors, and every finish in between — with the systems behind the walls brought up to the same standard as the surfaces.

New Construction
Ground-up builds, major additions, and ADUs — managed from plans and permits through framing, mechanical, finish, and final inspection. One builder responsible for the whole arc.
Explore New ConstructionHVAC and electrical never leave the building.
These aren't services we sell separately — they're the two trades we refuse to sub out, because they're where remodels and new builds live or die.
Most remodel delays aren't about materials — they're about handoffs. The GC waits on the HVAC sub, the HVAC sub waits on the electrician, and your kitchen sits open for three extra weeks.
Because our mechanical and electrical crews are our own, rough-ins start the day framing closes, inspections get walked once, and drywall goes up on schedule. It's the single biggest reason our projects finish when we say they will.
- HVAC systems sized and ducted for the finished plan — not the old floor plan
- Panel upgrades, rewires, and lighting design built into the drawings
- One schedule, one accountable team, no waiting on subs
